DC has 0 exclusive areas available. For a limited time only and at the unbelievable exclusive pre-introductory price of $25 per year per exclusive area. This price will be locked in, never to go up.

The first 10 6 people who would like to market to FSBO sellers or buyers, will receive this un-heard of introductory price. Your contact information will be displayed to those searching properties on our site within your exclusive regions.

Once you are the regional manager, you can add as many associates as you choose, for each area or divide them up as you see fit.

Your subscription is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase and will allow you first right of refusal to renew.

If an area is currently unavailable you can request a hold. We will then notify you if the current holder does not renew.
